Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern all legal relationships between Angel Escorts (BrandLift Marketing LLC) and its clients, as well as the independently operating models facilitated through the platform. By submitting a booking request, the client accepts these GTC. Any differing terms only apply if expressly confirmed in writing by Angel Escorts.

2. Age Verification

Services provided by the models may only be used by adults (18+). Angel Escorts may request proof of age at any time. If the required minimum age is not provided, the booking may be canceled. Users under the age of 18 will be immediately blocked, and authorities may be notified if necessary.

3. Website Information

All information on the website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute binding guarantees or representations. Angel Escorts does not guarantee that the content is complete, accurate, or up to date. Changes may be made at any time.

4. Legal Status of the Agency

Angel Escorts acts solely as an intermediary under Swiss law (Art. 32 ff. OR) and operates on behalf of, and for the account of, the respective models. No service contract is formed between Angel Escorts and the client. The service contract exists exclusively between the client and the model.

5. Client-Model Relationship

All rights and obligations arising from the service exist solely between the client and the model. Any claims must be directed to the model. Angel Escorts is not responsible for the conduct, actions, or omissions of the models. Profile data, images, or personal information of models are used solely for mediation purposes.

6. Use of Third Parties

Angel Escorts may employ technical tools or third parties, such as booking systems or payment providers. The agency is only liable for services provided by third parties in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

7. Fees and Expenses

The fees and expenses published on the website at the time of booking for each model apply. All prices are in CHF. Additional services, travel, accommodation, or meal costs are charged separately. Payment is generally due before the service begins. Online payments are processed on behalf of the respective model; Angel Escorts acts solely as a trustee.

8. Contract Formation

By submitting a booking request, the client makes a binding offer. A contract is only formed once the booking is confirmed by the model or by Angel Escorts on the model’s behalf. Minimum booking duration, location, and additional costs are as indicated on the website or as agreed individually.

9. Client Obligations

The client agrees to treat the model with respect. Services are intended solely for shared time together. The client must not contact models outside the platform or use personal data. Confidentiality is mandatory; content, images, or personal information may not be shared without consent. Violations may result in civil claims and account suspension.

10. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Both the client and the model may cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the service begins; thereafter, a flat fee of up to CHF 100 plus any incurred expenses will be charged. If a model cancels due to illness or force majeure, a replacement booking will be offered or any pre-paid amount refunded.

11. Agency Liability

Angel Escorts is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Liability for slight negligence, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profit is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

12. Technical Availability

Angel Escorts does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website. Damages resulting from technical faults, system failures, data transmission errors, or force majeure are excluded.

13. External Content

Angel Escorts is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from its platform.

14. Data Protection

Personal data, including booking information, is processed in accordance with Swiss nDSG, GDPR, and DSG. Further details are available in the privacy policy on the website. Profile images and sensitive data are used exclusively for mediation purposes.

15. No Right of Withdrawal

Services provided in person are not subject to a right of withdrawal under Swiss law. Withdrawal is only possible under the stated cancellation conditions.

16. Governing Law and Final Provisions

Swiss law applies exclusively; the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. The place of jurisdiction is Zug, Switzerland. Amendments or additions must be made in writing. Should any provision be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. The version published on the website is authoritative.
