Users and providers are solely responsible for ensuring that all actions are lawful.

The platform assumes no liability for the actions, agreements, or damages caused by providers, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. The platform does not independently verify the legality of providers. Use of the platform for illegal purposes—including sexual acts involving minors or the facilitation of unlawful services—is a criminal offense (§§ 187, 188 Swiss Penal Code) and will be reported to the authorities.

4. Age Restriction

Use of the platform is permitted only for individuals aged 18 or older. Age verification is conducted. Any false information or confirmed underage use will result in immediate account suspension and, if necessary, notification of the authorities.

5. Data Protection

Personal data, including booking information, is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (DSG) and the EU GDPR. Data transfers to the USA are only made via legally compliant mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses. The platform is not liable for content, actions, or damages caused by providers, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Users and providers are responsible for directly arranging all agreed services and complying with applicable legal requirements. The platform provides no guarantee regarding the quality, availability, or legality of providers’ services.
